Leo Yeager III established the Boardwalk Peanut Shoppe in 1972. Leo had 8 years of experience with Planters Peanuts, where he gained the product knowledge and market savvy that characterize The Boardwalk Peanut Shoppe today.

The first Boardwalk Peanut Shoppe attracted customers that recognized quality products and valued the wide choice. They returned again and again, prompting Leo to expand.

By the late 80’s, three more stores had evolved and Leo developed a new product line, Von Jaeger Chocolatier. Today, The Boardwalk Peanut Shoppe has expanded into the wholesale industry serving all of the quality - conscious Atlantic City casinos. 

The Boardwalk Peanut Shoppe and Von Jaeger Chocolatier continue to deliver products unique to Atlantic City and the Jersey Shore.
